Havenfield is a small team on purpose. The person who draws your kitchen is still in the conversation when the counters are installed. These are the people who lead the work.
Elena leads the drawings. She starts with how a household moves in the morning and only then talks about stone and paint. She is the person who will tell you when a wish fights the room, and she will bring a second idea that still feels like yours.
Marcus keeps the schedule honest. He sequences demolition, deliveries, and the days you still need the kitchen. If a material date slips, you hear it from him with a revised plan, not a surprise on site.
Priya builds the finish story: paint, tile, textiles of the built-in kind, metals, and the small hardware you touch every day. She tests samples on the actual wall and writes a schedule the crew can follow without guessing.
Jonah leads the carpentry and the site finish. Stairs, shelves, door casings, and the last inch where two materials meet are his daily work. He would rather adjust a joint than hide it.
Camille is your first conversation and the person who keeps notes clear. She gathers photos, measurements, and the list of what must stay, then makes sure the proposal sounds like the visit you actually had.
Theo looks after cladding, entries, porches, and the way rain leaves a house. He pairs exterior repairs with the interior renovation so the front door and the hall feel like one decision.
How we work together
A project names a design lead and a site lead in the proposal. Questions about a finish go to design. Questions about the week’s sequence go to the site lead. Camille stays on the email so nothing lives in a side conversation.
We do not pass you between anonymous desks. If someone is away, the note says who is covering and until when.
